Probate & Court Proceedings
Steady counsel through California probate.

Probate can be slow, public, and stressful. The firm represents families through the California probate process with clarity and diligence — working to reduce delay and cost, and to lift the administrative burden during a difficult time.

- You've recently moved to California.
- You're serving as trustee after a loved one's passing.
- You own a business or have a more complex estate.

Estate Planning
Thoughtful, well-drafted plans that protect your family, minimize conflict, and carry out your wishes — built around your life, not a template.
Every family is different. A well-built estate plan reflects your assets, your relationships, and your intentions — and spares the people you love unnecessary cost, delay, and uncertainty. These are the core tools the firm uses, tailored and combined to fit your situation.
Living Trusts
A revocable living trust lets your estate pass to your loved ones privately and without probate — while you remain fully in control during your lifetime.
- Avoid the cost, delay, and public record of probate
- Plan for incapacity with a trusted successor in place
- Keep your affairs private and your wishes clear
Retirement Plan Trusts
Specialized trusts that protect IRAs and qualified retirement accounts as they pass to your beneficiaries — preserving tax advantages and shielding inherited assets.
- Coordinate retirement accounts with your overall plan
- Protect inherited funds from creditors and mismanagement
- Navigate complex distribution rules with specialist guidance
Irrevocable Trusts
Advanced planning tools for protecting assets, reducing estate-tax exposure, and providing for beneficiaries with specific needs — drafted with precision.
- Asset protection and tax-efficient wealth transfer
- Provide for heirs while setting sensible guardrails
- Support charitable and legacy goals
Wills
A properly drafted will names guardians, directs your property, and gives your family clear instructions — an essential foundation for every estate plan.
- Name guardians for minor children
- Direct specific gifts and final wishes
- Work in concert with your trusts and beneficiary designations
What a complete plan often includes
Beyond the core structures, a thorough estate plan brings the supporting pieces together — so nothing essential is left out.
Revocable living trust
The foundation for avoiding probate and keeping your affairs private.
Pour-over will
A safety net that directs any remaining assets into your trust.
Durable power of attorney
Someone you trust to manage financial matters if you’re unable to.
Advance health care directive
Your wishes for medical care, and who speaks for you if needed.
HIPAA authorization
Letting the people you choose access medical information when it matters.
Beneficiary & funding coordination
Making sure accounts and titles align with your plan.
A specialist's approach
Drafted with the rigor your family deserves.
As a board-certified specialist, Jeremy brings a depth of expertise to every plan — anticipating the questions, contingencies, and tax considerations that a general practitioner may miss. The result is a plan that holds up when it matters most.
